Turnaround time from our Bentonville, AR headquarters

We offer 2 options for processing time to leave our facility. If you want it processed in 1 day, we charge $29. If you want it processed in 2 days, that is free. We do our best to get the orders out the door as soon as possible!

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

We do offer sizing exchanges but we do not allow returns.

Here is how to process a sizing exchange:

Mail the following items to the address below:
1. A $15 check payable to "Caddie Uniform".
2. The uniform with no patches on it.
3. A note inside telling us the new size that you want, order number and address to ship it back to.
***Please keep all patches and do not return the 3 velcro patches.

THERE ARE YELLOW MARKS INSIDE ON MY UNIFORMS

Yes, these yellow marks are from the factory and used during the fabric cutting process. Any yellow mark should be on the inside of the zipper so they don't show when the uniform is zipped up.
